Our products are shipped from within Türkiye. Your order is delivered by domestic courier; there are no customs procedures or customs duties.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free.

Processing and delivery time

Your order is handed to the courier on the day it is confirmed (orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next business day). Delivery usually takes 3–4 business days, depending on your province. The maximum statutory delivery period is 30 days from the order date.

Courier and tracking

Orders are shipped by Aras Kargo and PTT Kargo. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number is sent to you by SMS and/or email.

Payment

You can pay cash or by card on delivery, or pay online when placing your order. No extra fee is charged for payment on delivery.

On delivery

Please check the outer packaging when receiving your parcel. If the parcel is damaged, ask the courier to record a damage report and contact us at destek@ortevarena.com.
