2. Essential characteristics of the product

ORTEVA RENA Colouring Blanket: a plush blanket whose designs are coloured with water-based pens and can be coloured again after a wash at 30°C.

  • Box contents: 1 blanket and 12 water-based pens (2 or 3 sets in the 2-pack and 3-pack).
  • Designs: Sweet World, Flower Garden.
  • Size: 120 × 150 cm. Washing: machine wash at 30°C; dry flat.
  • Use: For children and adults; young children must use it under adult supervision. Use water-based felt-tip pens; alcohol-based or permanent pens do not wash out.

3. Price, payment and delivery

VAT-inclusive sale prices: 1 unit 1,799 TL, 2-pack 3,049 TL, 3-pack 4,199 TL. The selected bundle and amount are shown in the order summary. The product is shipped from within Türkiye by Aras Kargo or PTT Kargo; there are no customs procedures or customs charges. Shipping is free. Payment can be made cash/card on delivery or online. The order is shipped on the day it is confirmed (on the next business day for weekends and public holidays); delivery usually takes 3–4 business days; the maximum statutory delivery period is 30 days.

4. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. Notice of withdrawal is sent to destek@ortevarena.com; return shipping is free and takes place within Türkiye; the price is refunded within 14 days. The packaging having been opened does not by itself cancel the right of withdrawal; any loss of value caused by use contrary to the instructions, damage or missing parts may be deducted from the refund. 5. Complaints and objections

You can send complaints to destek@ortevarena.com. In disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) up to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) above those limits.

This form is provided to the Buyer before order confirmation and forms an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
